Terms of Use for AI Image
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using AI Image (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by DREAM LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
Article 2 (User Registration)
To use the Service, you must register as a user and agree to these Terms.
Article 3 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
Usage fees for the Service and each plan will be separately established by the Service using methods defined by the Service. If there is a change in usage fees, we will notify users by a specified method. Payment methods will be in accordance with those specified by the Service.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users may not engage in the following actions:
Acts that violate laws or public morals
Acts that hinder the operation of the Service
Acts that cause disadvantage to other users or third parties of the Service
Acts that defame or slander other users or third parties of the Service
Acts that pursue the interests of oneself or third parties unfairly through the Service
Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Service
Article 5 (Temporary Suspension of Service Provision)
The Service may temporarily suspend provision of the Service to users without prior notice in the following cases:
Maintenance or updates to the Service are being performed
Provision of the Service becomes technically difficult
The Service deems that it cannot be provided for any other reason
The Service is not responsible for any damages caused to users by the temporary suspension of service provision.
Article 6 (Handling of User Information)
The Service will handle personal information of users in an appropriate manner in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately established by the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Service is not responsible for the following:
Damages caused to users by their use of the Service
Damages suffered by users due to the interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information obtained through the Service
Any type of warranty regarding information provided by the Service
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service or its provider. Users may not engage in any act without obtaining permission from the Service or its provider when using the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes related to the Service shall be the courts located in Tokyo, Japan, where the Service provider (DREAM LLC) is located.
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

【利用規約】
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、DREAM LLCが提供するAI Image（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく場合には、本規約に同意の上、ご利用ください。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本サービスを利用する全てのユーザーに適用されます。
第2条（ユーザー登録）
本サービスを利用するには、ユーザー登録が必要であり、本規約に同意する必要があります。
第3条（利用料金及び支払方法）
本サービスの利用料金及び各プランについては、本サービスが定める方法により別途定められます。利用料金の変更があった場合には、本サービスが指定する方法により、ユーザーに通知いたします。支払方法については、本サービスが指定する方法に従うものとします。
第4条（禁止行為）
ユーザーは、以下の行為をしてはいけません。
・法令または公序良俗に反する行為
・本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
・他のユーザーまたは第三者に不利益を与える行為
・他のユーザーまたは第三者を誹謗中傷する行為
・本サービスを不当に利用して自己または第三者の利益を追求する行為
・その他、本サービスが不適切と判断する行為
第5条（サービス提供の一時停止）
本サービスは、以下の場合には、事前に通知することなく、ユーザーに対して、本サービスの一時停止を行うことがあります。
・本サービスのメンテナンスや更新を行う場合
・本サービスの提供が技術的に困難となった場合
・その他、本サービスが提供できないと判断した場合
・なお、本サービスは、ユーザーに対して、一時停止により生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（ユーザー情報の取り扱い）
本サービスは、個人情報については、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに基づき、適切に取り扱います。
第7条（免責）
本サービスは、以下の事項について免責されます。
・本サービスの利用によって生じた損害について
・本サービスの一時停止、中断、または終了によって生じた損害について
・本サービスを通じて取得された情報の正確性、完全性、信頼性、適合性について
・本サービスが提供する情報について、何ら保証することがないことについて
第8条（知的財産権）
本サービスに関する知的財産権は、本サービスまたは本サービス提供者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用するにあたり、本サービスまたは本サービス提供者から許可を得ない限り、いかなる行為も行ってはいけません。
第9条（準拠法及び管轄裁判所）
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、本サービス提供者が所在する東京地方裁判所を専属管轄裁判所とします。
また利用規約は当日本語版を正規なものとします。
